This is a simple pasta dish I prepare in about 30 minutes. It's great because it can be made ahead of time, reheated, frozen, and it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Serve with a salad and you're good to go.

This is a recipe for picadillo, and you can use ground beef, pork, or even chicken, depending on your taste and what you have around. It has a great flavor and is flexible enough to withstand ingredient alterations, if you get my drift (Out of cilantro? It will still taste delicious).
